Beginner Tips – How Should You Start your Roll?

If you've just begun training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, then you have around a million questions and you probably are feeling a bit overwhelmed and lost. 

One of those situations in which you're not really sure what to do is how to initiate the sparring part of training. Luckily, with time you will get the more you roll, the better you'll be in it... But until all of that progress compounds, it's good to have some tips to make you more confident!
